Here's how it works:Athletes train 3 or 4 days a week — but you choose the days and times that work best.Training happens in small groups of up to 6 athletes throughout the day, not all at once.Grab 5 teammates or friends and create your own custom training group...Or, if you’re signing up solo, we’ll help place you in a group that fits your schedule!This flexible approach keeps training personalized, effective, and spaced out so our athletes get the focused coaching they deserve — and our gym doesn’t get overcrowded and your athlete lost in the crowd.It’s all about training smart, not just showing up.
